Terms of Service

Effective Date: April 1, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by ODIGO LLC (“ODIGO,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking or using ODIGO services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

ODIGO provides pre-scheduled private transportation services based in Clarksville, Tennessee. All rides must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

ODIGO is not a rideshare platform. All services are scheduled ahead of time and are not intended for immediate, on-demand transportation.

2. Booking and Payment

All rides must be:

  • Scheduled at least 10 hours in advance, and
  • Paid in full at the time of booking

Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers. A ride is considered confirmed only after payment has been successfully received.

ODIGO does not guarantee availability for last-minute changes or requests.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your ride under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations made 3 hours or more before the scheduled pickup time will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time will incur a 30% charge of the total fare.

Failure to be present at the scheduled pickup time or failure to respond to driver communication may be considered a no-show and may result in the full fare being charged with no refund.

If ODIGO cancels a ride due to weather, safety concerns, vehicle issues, or other operational reasons, a full refund will be issued.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5 to 10 business days to process.

4. Passenger Conduct and Safety

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws and the following requirements:

  • Seatbelts must be worn at all times.
  • Children must be secured in accordance with Tennessee law (T.C.A. 55-9-602).
  • ODIGO does not provide car seats or booster seats. Passengers are responsible for providing appropriate child restraints.

Passengers must behave in a respectful and safe manner at all times. ODIGO reserves the right to refuse or terminate service if passenger behavior poses a safety risk or violates these Terms.

5. Transportation of Minors

Passengers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult unless expressly approved by ODIGO in advance.

Exceptions, if granted, may require valid identification and additional documentation. ODIGO reserves the right to deny service to unaccompanied minors.

6. Food, Drink, Smoking, and Substances

  • Eating or drinking in the vehicle is not permitted unless explicitly approved in advance.
  • Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited at all times.
  • The possession or use of illegal drugs is prohibited.
  • Open containers of alcohol and consumption of alcohol are not permitted in ODIGO vehicles.

Failure to comply may result in immediate termination of the ride without refund.

7. Pets and Animals

  • Pets must be transported in an appropriate carrier.
  • Service animals are permitted in accordance with applicable law.
  • Emotional support animals are not accepted.

If an animal becomes disruptive, unsafe, or creates excessive odor, the ride may be terminated without refund.

8. Vehicle Capacity and Luggage

ODIGO vehicles typically accommodate up to four passengers along with reasonable luggage capacity. Excess passengers or luggage may result in denial of service or required adjustments prior to the ride.

9. Route Changes and Additional Charges

Changes to the destination or route may not be guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Significant route changes may result in additional charges. ODIGO reserves the right to decline route modifications that conflict with scheduling or operational constraints.

10. Damage and Cleaning Fees

Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the ride, including but not limited to:

  • Spills, stains, or bodily fluids
  • Burns, tears, or physical damage
  • Strong or persistent odors

Cleaning or repair fees will be assessed based on the severity of the damage and may be charged to the original payment method.

ODIGO reserves the right to refuse future service in cases of significant damage or repeated violations.

11. Limitation of Liability

ODIGO is not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, mechanical issues, or other factors beyond reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODIGO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.

12. Refusal of Service

ODIGO reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time if:

  • Passenger safety is at risk
  • These Terms are violated
  • A passenger is disruptive, abusive, or non-compliant

In such cases, refunds may not be issued.

13. Privacy

Your use of ODIGO services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your information.

14. Changes to Terms

ODIGO may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on the website with a revised effective date.

Continued use of services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Lost Property

ODIGO is not responsible for items left in the vehicle; however, we make reasonable efforts to assist in the return of lost property.

Unlike many transportation services, ODIGO does not charge a fee for the return of lost items.

Lost items may be returned through one of the following options:

  • Returned during a future scheduled ride
  • Coordinated pickup at a mutually agreed location
  • Shipped to the passenger at the passenger’s expense
