Transportation Details

Payment & Refunds

All fares will be paid in advance on the ODIGO Website.  In the event that the passenger modifies the destination by more than a 5 mile radious of the original destination, the passenger will be charged an additional $1.95/mile up to 15 miles.  Any changes to original destination on the day of scheduled transportation, may not be fulfilled due to scheduling conflicts.

Full refunds of fare will be honored when passenger cancels no less than 3 hours prior to the scheduled ride.  Passengers will also receive a full refund in the event that ODIGO cancels your scheduled ride due to adverse weather, traffic, vehicle maintenence or other circumstances that may arise.

PLEASE NOTE: It may take 5 to 10 business days for your bank to receive your refund.  For this reason, we request not paying until you know your driver has arrived or in route to your location.

Cancellations

Sometimes plans change. In the event that a passenger needs to cancel a scheduled trip, simply notify ODIGO no less than 3 hours in advance for a FREE cancelation and Full refund minus processing fees.  Any trips cancelled less than 3 hours in advance will be charged 30% of the fare as a cancelation fee.

If a scheduled ride must be cancelled by the driver, the passenger will be notified at least 24 hours for Airport, Nashville, Alternate Destination rides and 3 hours for local rides.

If a ride must be cancelled due to road conditions resulting from weather, ODIGO will contact the passenger for alternate arrangments or cancellation as soon as possible. Rides canceled by ODIGO will be fully refunded.

Seat Belts/Child Restraint

Seatbelts and Child Restraints are required by law.  Passengers must wear a seatbelt and/or children must be in a DOT approved car seat or booster seat while the vehicle is in motion.

Tennessee state law (T.C.A. 55-9-602) mandates that a child be restrained in a booster seat through the age of 8 years AND measuring less than 4’9”. If your child is 8 years old or younger or measures less than 4’9” they must remain in a booster seat. Both criteria must be met.

Sorry, we do not supply car seats.

Transportation of Minors

ODIGO will not transport under-aged children without a responsible adult present in the vehicle.

Minors are defined as any person(s) under 18 years of age. An adult is anyone 18 years of age or older.

Exceptions will be considered for passengers 17 years of age attending high school as a junior or senior classman with a valid, state issued identification.  This also applies to students currenlty enrolled in college level courses attending classes on campus.

No other minors will be considered unless a written consent signed and notarized by a parent or legal guardian is submitted.

Passengers & Luggage

Generally the vehicle that you will occupy will have space for 4 passengers, as well as, two large suitcases, three carry-on bags or a medium sized suitcase with a laptop or diaper bag and umbrella or small stroller within the rear cargo area. With a lesser number of passengers, half or all of the rear seat can be folded downward to increase the cargo area.

Use of Alcohol and other Drugs

ODIGO has a ZERO tolerance policy when it comes to Driving Under the Influence!  We recommend this for anyone operating a motor vehicle. Not only is it illegal, it could be deadly for you and/or other drivers and even pedestrians.

It is IMPORTANT to poin out that even though Tennessee State Law (T.C.A. 55-10-416) allows passengers of motor vehicles to possess open containers while in a motor vehicle, ODIGO does not allow open containers of alcoholic beverages or the use of drugs while occupying a vehicle owned by ODIGO.  When a passenger hires ODIGO for tranporatation services, all passengers are agreeing to refrain from the comsuption of alcohol as well as the use of recreational drug and non-prescribed drug usage while in a vehicle owned by ODIGO.

Food, Drink & Smoking

It is requested that you do not eat or drink in the vehicle unless you have previously paid a $50 deposit.  This deposit will be returned once it is verfied that spillage did not occur during transport.

Smoking and Vaping is NOT allowed in the vehicle.

Pets and Animals

Pets must be transported in an appropriate carrier. Service dogs, however, are permitted in accordance with applicable law. Emotional support animals are not service animals.

If an animal becomes disruptive, unsafe, urinates, defecates, vomits or creates excessive odor, the ride may be terminated without refund.

Vehicle Maintenance, Inspections and Sanitation

The vehicle(s) used by ODIGO Pro are kept on a regular schedule consisting of  fluid and filter changes, inspection of tires, brakes and belts as well as cleaning and disinfecting the interior.

Damage and Cleaning Fees

Passengers are responsible for any damage to the vehicle caused during the ride, including but not limited to:

  • Spills, stains, or bodily fluids
  • Burns, tears, or physical damage
  • Strong or persistent odors

Cleaning or repair fees will be assessed based on the severity of the damage and may be charged to the original payment method.

ODIGO reserves the right to refuse future service in cases of significant damage or repeated violations.

Tips are welcomed and encouraged. There is something about receiving a tip that makes a service worker feel as though they have done a good job.

ODIGO Pro uses the Chevy Equinox as itchoice for reliable transportation.  This small SUV pairs eye-catching style with a spacious and versatile cabin that’s been thoughtfully designed. This spacious cabin features comfortable seating for up to 4 passengers. It also includes a folding 60/40 split-bench rear seat giving this vehicle a total rear cargo space of 63.9 cu. ft. perfect for larger items that normally would not fit in the trunk space of most cars, such as two large suitcases, three carry-on bags with a laptop or diaper bag and umbrella or small stroller.

Our vehicles are very well maintained paying close attention to engine and transmission maintenance, brakes, tires, hoses, belts and fluids.  They are kept on a cleaning schedule as well.  Interiors are cleaned and disinfected weekly. This includes seats, seat belts, floors, door panels, dash and windows.
