You will receive an email confirmation within an hour of providing all required information.
You should also receive an invoice the day before your scheduled date and a text from your driver no more than 6 hours after your booking is confirmed.
The driver will arrive approximately 5 minutes prior to the time you choose, however a 5 minute delay should be included in your plans.
The driver will text you when in route with an ETA and again at arrival.
Any transportation delays or cancelations related to weather or traffic, will be communicated to the passenger ASAP.
Full refunds are issued for any cancelations initiated by ODIGO Pro.
ODIGO reserves the right to refuse business to anyone as recognized by Tennessee Codes Annotated.

Before proceeding, please be aware that both you and your driver are on a schedule. The driver will make ever effort to arrive at the time you have requested. The driver most likely has other passengers to transport after you have been taken to your destination, so please be punctual. This increases the odds of you arriving on time and the driver arriving on time for the next scheduled stop.
